We will give you this revocable trust template and you must adjust it to your needs. This is a template and you will have to fill it out with your name and the names of your trustees. Then get it notarized and record it in your County Registry, County Clerk or where they keep the land records in your county.

Now what people come to realize is the fact is that not only do you become the creditor it is also your protection because an revocable Living Trust takes you out of probate which means that they cannot probate your estate.

The state cannot go into probate and distribute your assets and take care of your beneficiary etc. etc.
